Clients can cancel the ordered service at any time via the cancellation option within the user panel at www.global.ba. Globalhost is not obliged to refund fees that have already been paid, regardless of the period of use of the service prior to cancellation.
A refund will not be made if the user violates any rule of use of our services, the consequence of which is the permanent suspension of the user account.
If, after cancelling the service, the client requests reactivation, including the return of previously stored files, Globalhost will consider the possibility of reactivating the user account and returning that data, if available. In that case, the client is obliged to make a payment in accordance with the currently valid price list of Globalhost services.
