This document contains a detailed description of the rules and conditions for using our services, including user responsibilities, the use of content and resources, safe and responsible use, and emphasizes the importance of adhering to legal aspects, user obligations, ethical guidelines and respect for copyright.

Basics
These terms of use are made between the webhosting service provider (Globalhost d.o.o. Kralja Tvrtka 42, 72290 Novi Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, ID number: 4236611790005, VAT number: 236611790005, hereinafter Globalhost) and the user of the services, who may be any legal entity or natural person (hereinafter the USER). The terms of use that follow are necessary in order to ensure the highest possible quality of service for all our users, while at the same time meeting our legal and moral obligations. Failure to comply with any of the terms listed below will result in the suspension of the user account without prior warning.
Illegal use
Our servers are intended for use in activities permitted by law. The transfer, storage or distribution of information, data or material that violates any laws or regulations is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property or rights used without authorization, and material that is obscene, offensive, constitutes an unlawful threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of unacceptable content or links:
• Pirated software
• Hacking programs or archives
• Warez sites
• MP3
• IRC bots
The user of our services agrees to compensate for damages and not to hold Globalhost liable for any claims arising from the use of the services in a manner that harms the subscriber or any other party. Globalhost alone decides what constitutes a violation of these rules.
IRC
We currently do not allow the use of IRC, Egg Drops, BNC, or IRC bots on our servers. Files with references to IRC or any of the above are prohibited. Likewise, any program that acts as an IRC server or provides chat services in the background is not allowed.
Proxy
On a purchased Shared webhosting service we do not allow any proxy servers, neither for personal nor for business use. Files that act or behave as a proxy, or with references to a proxy or anything similar, are prohibited.
Background processes and disallowed scripts
On a purchased Shared webhosting service, the following background programs and scripts are not allowed:
• IRC servers
• Traffic Exchange, HitLeap, Automated Browsing, Crawlers, iMarcos, AutoSurf...
• Email Marketing / Mass Mailing
• Audio/Video Streaming
• Investment sites (HYIP, FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
• Bank Debentures / Bank Debenture Trading programs
• MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
• Fraudulent / Phishing / Replica sites
• Cryptocurrency mining programs
• zPanel / Sentora / Kloxo Panel
• DDoS-prone applications or booters / flood scripts / IP spoofing programs
• IP Scanners / Port Scanners or Bruteforce programs
• Open DNS resolvers or recursors
• Cracking tools
UCE (Unsolicited Commerce Email) or SPAM
Spamming, or sending large quantities of unwanted e-mail messages, from or via servers hosted by Globalhost, or the use of an e-mail address served by Globalhost, is completely prohibited. Globalhost is the one who decides when this rule is violated.
Abuse of servers and services
Any attempt to destabilize or damage Globalhost's servers or our users, as well as unjustified use of our technical support resources, is completely prohibited. Any failure to comply with all the stated guidelines and rules will result in the deactivation of the user account and/or civil liability. We reserve the right to remove any user account without prior notice, while presenting the reason for its cancellation.
User responsibilities
The USER is responsible for all activities originating from their user account, unless it is proven that they are a victim of external hacking or address forgery. The USER is responsible for securing their own username and password. The USER assumes responsibility for all material on their website posted by someone else. The use of Globalhost services requires a certain level of knowledge of the use of Internet languages, protocols and programs.
Backup
Globalhost performs weekly and monthly backups on all Shared Webhosting servers. Globalhost is not responsible for lost data, time, revenue or any other resources due to faulty or non-existent backups. By accepting these terms of use, the user agrees to take responsibility for their own data and to make their own backups independently of Globalhost.
Network security and DDoS protection
Globalhost uses automatic protection mechanisms against Layer 3 (L3) and Layer 4 (L4) DDoS attacks to protect network stability and continuity of service for all users.
- DDoS protection is included in the price of the service and is not charged additionally.
- The USER agrees that Globalhost may temporarily limit, filter, redirect or disable network traffic to IP addresses, servers or services that pose a security risk to the infrastructure or cause degradation of network resources.
- In cases of continuous or intensive DDoS attacks that threaten network stability, Globalhost reserves the right to apply global blackhole/null-route routing for the affected IP addresses, especially if an IP address is under continuous attack for longer than 36 hours.
- Globalhost shall not be liable for temporary or permanent unavailability of the service resulting from the activation of security mechanisms, DDoS protection, traffic filtering or the application of blackhole/null-route routing.
Unlimited Hosting
The "Unlimited Hosting" package is based on fair use of resources (fair use), and the fair basis is defined by the experience of users of the said package. This means that the utilization of our resources must not be drastically higher than the utilization achieved by existing users of the said package. The "Unlimited Hosting" package must not be used for the following purposes:
• Streaming content (different from the content of your website)
• Editing very large photo galleries
• Storing a large number of uncompressed or large digital photographs
• Public online FTP
• Distribution of a large number of audio or video files, such as MP3 files
• Online backups (e.g. backup of a personal computer, or laptop, and/or other files not directly related to your website)
The user of the "Unlimited Web Hosting" package agrees that Globalhost d.o.o. may remove prohibited and inappropriate materials from our server at any time, without prior notice, if the user has violated any of the stated rules. The user of the "Unlimited Hosting" package agrees that Globalhost d.o.o. may delete the following files if those files make excessive use of disk space, especially if such action negatively affects other users:
• cPanel, or other backup stored locally
• Softaculous backup stored locally
• Softaculous backup temp files
• CMS backups stored locally
• CMS backup temp files
• CMS backup logs
• Oversized error logs
Any other oversized files that are not strictly necessary for the basic functionality of the website, or do not contain data of great importance.
Domain renewal
After a domain name expires, it goes through three periods:
Grace period:
After your domain expires, it is in the grace period, and you have the option to renew it without additional reactivation costs. The grace period lasts 30 days.
Redemption period (quarantine period):
If you fail to renew the domain within a certain period of time, you have an additional 30 days (the so-called redemption period) during which you still have the right to renew it. However, during the redemption period, renewal of the domain is subject to additional fees. These fees are not the same for all types of domains, so please check the prices before deciding to renew the domain during the redemption period. After the redemption period expires, the domain registration is deleted, and the domain name becomes available for general registration. The reactivation fee for a .ba domain in the redemption period (quarantine period) is 25.00 KM, while the fee for international domains in the redemption period is 585.00 KM.
Delete period:
The delete period is a period of 5 days after the redemption period expires, during which the domain registration is deleted and the domain becomes available for general registration. During the delete period, it is not possible to renew the domain, and the domain name cannot be reserved for future registration. After the delete period expires, the domain name becomes available for general registration, unless the main registry retains it for sale at auction.
Please be aware of the time limits relating to the expiration of domains and their renewal, and make payment for this in a timely manner, no later than a few days before the domain expiration date. The funds you have paid are considered received after they have arrived in our transaction account.
Also, please be careful when registering and renewing domains, so that you do not lose your desired domain. Our platform will always notify you of important dates and offer you options to renew the domain on time.
Domain WHOIS information
In the case of domain registration on our service, the user agrees that their personal data, such as name, address, email address and telephone number, may be published in the public whois database of the domain registry, in accordance with ICANN rules.
Free domain
You are entitled to a free domain if, together with a web hosting package, you order one of the domains from our offer that is marked in the price list with "price with web hosting: free". The free domain must be identical to the main domain of the web hosting being purchased, and must be purchased in the same order together with the web hosting service.
Service cancellation
Users/customers may cancel the ordered service at any time. Cancellation must be made via the service cancellation option within the user panel at www.global.ba. Globalhost is under no obligation to refund the fees that have been paid, regardless of the period of use of the service in which the user stopped using it. If, after cancelling the service, the user requests its reactivation, together with the return of the user's previous files, and if Globalhost has the user's files stored in some form and there is a possibility of returning them, the user may be offered the return of that data, i.e. the reconfiguration of the user account. In the event that the user/customer requests reactivation of the service after cancellation, the user/customer is obliged to also make a payment in accordance with Globalhost's current price list of services.
Reactivation of a terminated service
For 25 days from the date of service expiration, the service is in the "suspended" status. Within this period, users have the option to renew the service at the price from the current price list, without additional service reactivation costs. After the 25-day period expires, the service is terminated, whereby all user files are deleted. If the service is terminated, but the data from the user's web hosting account is still available on the backup server, it is possible to renew the service at the price from the current price list, with an additional one-time fee for reactivation of the terminated service, which is 25.00 KM.
Payment
Our service is based exclusively on a pre-paid service (so-called PRE-PAID), which can be for periods of one month to one year. Globalhost is not obliged to provide a service to a user who has not settled all of their debts for the upcoming ordered period. Globalhost reserves the right to disable access to all of the USER's services if the USER has outstanding debts towards Globalhost, until they are settled. Globalhost undertakes to contact the USER no later than 30 days and 7 days before the expiration of the purchased service, and to offer them renewal or deactivation of it. All Globalhost services are charged according to the current price list, which can be found at the Internet address www.global.ba. In the case of renewal of a service, the user pays the price according to the price list valid on the day of renewal of the service. Globalhost d.o.o. reserves the right to change the agreed price.
Actions taken by Globalhost
Any failure to comply with and/or fulfil the stated terms and conditions by the user is grounds for deactivation of the account. Globalhost reserves the right to remove a user account without prior notice. When Globalhost notices the stated non-compliance with its rules, an investigation will be initiated. During the investigation, Globalhost may restrict the user's access in order to prevent further potentially unauthorized activities. Depending on the severity of the violation, Globalhost may restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's account and/or take other actions related to civil liability. If the violation is a criminal offence, Globalhost will notify the appropriate authority. Users release Globalhost from liability for damage caused to users or anyone else through the use of Globalhost's services.
Globalhost Shared Hosting/VPS services (services where multiple users share the same hardware resources) are offered as is, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not claim or guarantee that our service will be complete, secure, uninterrupted and error-free.
Changes
Globalhost reserves the right to add, delete or change any term at any time and without prior notice.
By accepting these terms, you undertake to comply with them!
